职位描述: 1 .monitor and optimize purification process, ensure the process run in safe, reliable and efficient way. 监控和优化净化生产过程，确保安全、稳定和有效运行。 2、writing and training/ implementing production SOP and other related standards。 编写、培训和实施生产规程（SOP）及执行相关标准。 3、assist production manager to perform process and products quality control. 协助生产经理进行净化生产过程和产品质量控制。 4、purification process troubleshooting 发现和解决工艺问题。 5、innovation and productivity improvement initiatives; 了解装置特性，提出和从工艺角度评估改造、改进方案。 6、Daily operation/process analysis；Operator management for Process attention and caution. 日常运行数据分析，对操作工进行工艺/操作技术指导。 7、Daily & monthly production report; Production and safety record inspection and keep. 生产日/月报表的编制。生产/安全记录的检查和保管。 Requirements: 1)Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering, mechanical or automation. 2)More than 2 years experience in coal gasification or chemical refinery industries. Having operation experiences in coal gasification plants is a plus. 3)Familiar with chemical industrial standards for operating plants, including safety and environment related regulations. 4)Ability to read and communicate in English 5)Strong Analytic and planning skills 6)Strong team work spirit and resistant to working pressure
